Biography - Susan Noonan

Susan is the Canadian Operations Manager of Underwriting and Customer Service, responsible for both the National and Quebec Underwriting Centres. Her key initiatives include developing a new employee-training program, launching a Voice of the Customer (VOC) system to capture customer issues, and integrating Six Sigma Quality into Customer Service and Underwriting. 

Susan has more than 18 years’ professional experience in Mortgage Lending and Mortgage Insurance. Since joining GE/Genworth in 1995, Susan has held positions within Operations, Risk Management and Sales.
