Biography - Winsor Macdonell

Mr. Macdonell is responsible for all of the Company’s legal and compliance matters, as well as government relations. Mr. Macdonell joined the Company in 1999. Prior to joining the Company, he spent three years in the life and property and casualty industry.  Mr. Macdonell received an honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queens University in 1988 and his LL.B. from Dalhousie University in 1992.
