Biography - Rob Kirby

Born and educated in Canada, Rob has over 15 years of proven success in the banking and financial industry. Since joining GE/Genworth in 1998, Rob has held the position of Manager, Loss Mitigation; Quality Leader; and, most recently, Leader, Loss Mitigation and Investigations. Based in Genworth Financial Canada’s Oakville headquarters as a Leader, Loss Mitigation and Investigations, he is responsible for Claims management, Default Management, Quality Assurance, Appraisal Management and our Special Investigations Unit. Prior to joining GE/Genworth, Rob spent 8 years with the Bank of Nova Scotia in Ottawa, holding various management positions within a specialized collection unit. He graduated from Carleton University in Ottawa with a Bachelor of Science in 1989.
